What it is
In plain words.
A view from above shows what a ground-level photo can't: the size of the property, the surrounding landscape, the setting that makes it worth visiting. For lodges, ranches, builders, farms and outdoor venues, it often tells the story in seconds.
We shoot aerial and ground footage and cut it into a short, quiet loop for your website's top section, plus clips for social media. Flights are under FAA Part 107, and we check airspace and conditions before we quote and again before the day.
A good fit if
- Lodges, cabins, wineries, ranches, farms and venues.
- Builders and developers showing sites and finished projects.
- Anyone whose location is a selling point.
Probably not for you if
- You're in controlled airspace or a restricted area where flying isn't allowed. We'll tell you before you spend anything.
- You only need still photos. See on-location photography.
We'd rather tell you so than sell you something that doesn't fit.

Questions
Likely questions, answered.
Is it licensed and legal?
Flights are made under FAA Part 107. We also check airspace and local restrictions before quoting and before the shoot.
Can you fly anywhere?
No. Airports, some parks and other restricted areas limit flying. We'll tell you before you spend anything if your location is one of them.
What if it's windy or rainy?
We reschedule. Safety and footage you'd be proud of come first.
How long will the video be?
A short, quiet loop for the site and clips for social media. We'll confirm lengths in your proposal.
Can I use it on social media and in ads?
Yes. You're licensed to use it.
What does Drone & video capture cost?
$995 setup. The price is fixed and written into your proposal before any work starts, so there are no hourly surprises. If you ask for something that isn't in the proposal, we quote that change first and nothing changes until you agree.
Do I own it?
You own what we build for you: the code, the content, and the accounts it runs on (the domain, the hosting account and any service account, such as a payment account, are opened in your name). There is no proprietary platform to be locked into and no cancellation penalty.
Can you add it to the website I already have?
Add-ons are built into a ZONA site. If you already have a site, tell us what it's built with when you get in touch. We'll tell you honestly whether this can be added to it or would work better built into a new one. We'd rather say so than sell you something that doesn't fit.
How do I get started?
Use the button on this page to add it to your project, or send a message. A discovery call takes about fifteen minutes (no pitch deck), and then you get a fixed-price proposal. You'll hear back within one business day.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts is our standing rule: care plans are month to month, and any monthly terms for an add-on go in writing in your proposal before you sign anything.
