Terms of Service

On this page
These terms cover your use of zonaweb.design, our free tools and the client portal. Work we do for you under a proposal or agreement is governed by that signed document, and if it conflicts with these terms, the signed document wins.
Using this site
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
Prices, estimates and proposals
The prices on this site are published starting prices for the scope described. The Estimator produces an estimate, not an offer. A price becomes firm only when you sign a written proposal or agreement with us; from then on it is fixed for that scope, and any change in scope is quoted before the work starts. Nothing on the site obliges either of us until that signature.
The free website audit and other tools
The audit is an automated, point-in-time scan of the public address you give us. It is meant to point out things worth fixing, in plain English. It is not a security audit, a guarantee about rankings or traffic, or professional advice, and it can miss things or flag things that don't matter to you. Only scan sites you own or have permission to check. The tools are rate limited, and you agree not to overload them, probe them, use them to scan private networks, use them to harass another site, or use them to collect data in bulk.
What you send us
When you send us information you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it is accurate. We use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.
The client portal and e-signatures
- Portal accounts are for the person we invite. Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has it; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only upload files you have the right to share. We may refuse or remove files that are unlawful, harmful or unrelated to your project.
- If a document asks you to sign electronically, then after you tick the consent box, your typed name (and drawn signature, if you add one) is your electronic signature and has the same effect as signing on paper, to the extent the law allows (including the U.S. ESIGN Act and Arizona's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act). We record the details listed in our Privacy Policy so the signature can be verified.
- If you would rather sign on paper, tell us before you sign.
Our content
The text, design, code, graphics, photography and layout of this site belong to ZONA or are used with permission (photo credits are in the footer). You may view the site, link to it and quote short excerpts with credit. Please don't copy the site, scrape it in bulk, or pass our work off as yours. Work we create for a client belongs to that client as set out in the client's agreement.
Examples and results
The Work page shows real projects shared with the client's permission. Every business is different. We don't promise particular rankings, traffic or sales, and nobody honestly can.
Links and third-party services
Other sites and services (maps, payment providers, platforms we connect for clients) have their own terms and policies. We aren't responsible for them.
No warranty
The site and the free tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep them accurate and running, but we don't promise they will be error-free, uninterrupted or right for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ZONA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (such as lost profits) arising from your use of the site or the free tools, and our total liability for any claim about them is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the specific service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
Arizona law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be settled informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona, and you consent to those courts.
