Service businesses often run clients through email: files in one thread, a status question in another, an invoice somewhere else. A client portal gives each client one private place to find all of it.
It's built on the same approach as the portal ZONA's own clients use. Each client signs in with their own login and can only ever open their own records. Their documents, project status and invoices are all in one place.
A good fit if

Is it secure?
Each client signs in separately and the server checks who is asking on every request, so one client can't reach another's records. Files are stored outside the public web folder.
Can clients upload files?
Yes, and download what you've shared.
Can clients pay invoices in the portal?
The portal shows invoices and their status. Taking payment is the invoicing and online payments add-on.
Can several people from one client sign in?
Tell us how many people per client you expect and we'll plan for it.
Can clients sign documents?
Signing isn't part of this add-on. Tell us if you need it and we'll tell you what's realistic.
What does Client login portal cost?
$1,195 setup + $45/mo. The price is fixed and written into your proposal before any work starts, so there are no hourly surprises. If you ask for something that isn't in the proposal, we quote that change first and nothing changes until you agree.
Do I own it?
You own what we build for you: the code, the content, and the accounts it runs on (the domain, the hosting account and any service account, such as a payment account, are opened in your name). There is no proprietary platform to be locked into and no cancellation penalty.
Can you add it to the website I already have?
Add-ons are built into a ZONA site. If you already have a site, tell us what it's built with when you get in touch. We'll tell you honestly whether this can be added to it or would work better built into a new one. We'd rather say so than sell you something that doesn't fit.
