Weekend, holiday, seasonal and minimum-stay rate rules that apply on their own, so your prices stay right without you editing them every month.

What it is
In plain words.
Pricing by hand means remembering to raise rates for the holiday weekend and lower them for a quiet Tuesday in February, and one forgotten edit can mean a peak night priced like an off-night. This add-on lets you describe your pricing once, as rules, and your booking page follows them.
'Dynamic' here means rules that change with the calendar: seasons, weekends, holidays, minimum stays. It follows the rules you set, and it does not use an algorithm to guess demand.
A good fit if
- Properties whose price changes with the season, the weekend or local events.
- Owners tired of editing rates by hand.
- Anyone who sets minimum stays for busy dates.
Probably not for you if
- You charge the same rate every night of the year.
- You want pricing that automatically follows market demand. This follows your rules, not a forecast.
We'd rather tell you so than sell you something that doesn't fit.

How it goes

Your seasons, weekends, holidays, minimum stays and fees.
We turn it into rules
And build a preview so you can check every date.
You adjust it yourself
A quick walkthrough so you can change a rule without us.
Why it's worth it
What it does for you.
Right price on the right night
The holiday weekend can't be priced like a Tuesday by mistake.
Less admin
Describe it once; change a rule only when your pricing changes.
Clear totals for guests
Fees are shown up front, not as a surprise at the end.
Control over stays
Minimum stays protect the dates that matter most.
- The costly mistake isn't the editing time. It's one peak night sold at an off-season rate.
Run your own numbers
Example figures. Change them to yours.
Count your repricing time. These are example numbers: change them to your own.
Use what you'd pay someone for that hour, or what the hour could earn you.
- Time you get back0.8 hours a month at the rate you entered
- $24
Net each month
$24
That would repay the $345 setup in about 14 months, and about $288 a year after that.
What this assumes
- The time estimate is yours, not ours: change the numbers until they match your week.
- It doesn't count the nights you might price better with clearer rules. That's real but depends on your market.
The practical bits
What it takes.
What we need from you
- Your current rates by season, weekend and holiday.
- Your minimum-stay rules and fees (cleaning, extra guest).
- The dates you consider peak.
How long it takes
Usually about a week once your rules are written down.
Timelines are typical. The dates for your project go in your proposal.
Afterwards
It's a one-time price. You own what we build, and if you ever want changes later, we quote them first.
Questions
Likely questions, answered.
Does it need direct booking?
The rules apply to bookings made on your own site, so yes, it works with direct booking. Platforms set their own pricing, so you'd still set rates there.
Can it push my rates to other platforms?
No. This add-on covers your own site. If you need rates synced to platforms, tell us and we'll explain what's realistic.
Can each cabin have different rules?
Yes. Each unit has its own rates and rules.
Does it raise prices automatically when I'm busy?
No. It follows the rules you write, such as 'weekends in July cost this much'. It doesn't forecast demand or change prices on its own.
Can I change the rules myself?
Yes. We'll show you how, and you can change a season or add a holiday without us.
What does Seasonal & dynamic rate rules cost?
$345 setup. The price is fixed and written into your proposal before any work starts, so there are no hourly surprises. If you ask for something that isn't in the proposal, we quote that change first and nothing changes until you agree.
Do I own it?
You own what we build for you: the code, the content, and the accounts it runs on (the domain, the hosting account and any service account, such as a payment account, are opened in your name). There is no proprietary platform to be locked into and no cancellation penalty.
Can you add it to the website I already have?
Add-ons are built into a ZONA site. If you already have a site, tell us what it's built with when you get in touch. We'll tell you honestly whether this can be added to it or would work better built into a new one. We'd rather say so than sell you something that doesn't fit.
How do I get started?
Use the button on this page to add it to your project, or send a message. A discovery call takes about fifteen minutes (no pitch deck), and then you get a fixed-price proposal. You'll hear back within one business day.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts is our standing rule: care plans are month to month, and any monthly terms for an add-on go in writing in your proposal before you sign anything.
